Club membership usually lasts until the end of each year but may be ended sooner for material breach of the rules. Club membership is subject to compliance with club rules as defined by Scuderia Ferrari Club S.c.ar.l, a Ferrari Group.company and licensor. Note that by joining the club cardholders are not joining the company that manages the local branch of the club. Cardholders rights and remedies are generally similar to those of a customer and do not extend beyond this.
